Netflix’s Disenchantment to End With Part 5



Netflix has announced that the upcoming fifth batch of epsiodes of its animated fantasy series Disenchantment will also serve as its final one.

The final ten episodes of the series are set to drop on the streaming service on Sept. 1. In addition to a release date, Netflix also shared a teaser trailer to give fans of the series a better idea of how the final ten episodes will play out.

“We watched Bean grow from reluctant Princess to defiant rebel, and now, come Part 5, her journey will finally come to an epic finale – feat. The ultimate confrontation against Queen Dagmar, her evil mother,” the YouTube description for the teaser trailer reads.

Disenchantment originally premiered in 2018 and was created by Matt Groening. Set in the fictional medieval kingdom called Dreamland, the series follows Bean, the rebellious Princess of Dreamland, and her adventures with her friends Elgo and Luci. Currently, the series has 40 episodes, which were split into four parts with ten episodes each, with the most recent part released in February 2022.
